> Green Drinks is returning to the North Fork on July 16th!
Green Drinks is a worldwide networking event that is held monthly in over 500 cities.

Join Ann Marie and Marco Borghese for a special evening in the vines...at Castello di Borghese, the founding estate vineyard for an evening of delicious wines and local food.

A donation of $8 per person (to benefit the local schoolyard garden projects of the East End Chapter of Slow Food) and cash bar for wine. Enjoy wonderful organic treats from Sang Lee Farms, sumptuous desserts from Sweet Home Sensations and those award winning wines from Castello di Borghese.

There will be a raffle to win an all expenses paid "Wine Camp" experience for two. All proceeds will benefit the Viticulture Program of Cornell Cooperative Extension

Your package includes two nights premium accommodations, a spectacular breakfast each morning, a bottle of local wine, a private wine tasting, a dining experience at the amazing North Fork Table, and cheese from the Village Cheese Shop on Love Lane.
We welcome our guests to check-in early to maximize their time in Wine Country. And we are happy to help customize your tasting tour based on your wine preferences. Just $319 per person

Walk on the beach, bicycle and get ready for summer. We can arrange a tee time at one of our great local golf courses with lower rates for our guests...or perhaps kayaking, yoga and a massage?! We will take care of all the details. We sincerely look forward to hosting your wine country visit.

~The Wine Country Escape Package~
Leave the driving to someone else...always a good idea in wine country! We will customize your own private tour of some of the best local wineries, depending on your wine preferences. No schedules, no other people traveling with you, this is your private car service to enjoy at your pace.

Your package includes your wine region tour, transportation, a bottle of wine chilled to perfection for your arrival, two evenings at the Inn and Christopher's superb breakfast in the morning.

~Midweek Sail-Away Package
Enjoy one day in the vineyards and another sailing Peconic Bay with our Captain on a 32' Catalina.
Lunch is included and a bottle of local wine to enjoy as you relax and view the shores of the North Fork, the Hamptons and Shelter Island from the beautiful blue waters of Peconic Bay.
Your package includes:
-A 3 hour private sail (or bring your friends!)
Swim, take the helm or just relax

Enjoy our wineries, sample the local fare and relax on the beach...and make sure to make time for a round of golf!

If you are just interested in a round of golf,
special rates are offered to our guests at two of the most beautiful courses on the East End--these special rates are available seven days a week at either Long Island National or Cherry Creek, or perhaps both?! And of course spas, wineries and beaches are nearby for the non-golfers.

Enjoy a progressive lunch in the vineyards. Visit four wineries and dine al fresco in the vines. Imagine four courses, with a glass of wine paired with each course, served by a professional staff. Our guest chef is Lia Fallon, who works with the Food Network and many New York clients as a chef and food stylist. She now creates her own delicious menus using all the fresh and local ingredients our area has to offer. The price is $100 per person which includes four courses per person and four wines. (4 person minimum so bring your friends!).

Packages are based on double occupancy. Additional night stays and upgraded suites are available upon request.
