A vacation and life experience, Wine Camp is a three night, four-day package that includes everything...
-All interactive Wine Camp learning sessions, private wine tastings and ‘behind the scenes’ experiences with winery owners and winemakers. Wine Camp provides a fun environment to learn, while enjoying wonderful wine and terrific food in an absolutely beautiful setting.
-Dinner the first evening at the newest culinary destination in the area, The North Fork Table
-Sensational breakfasts each morning
-Al fresco lunch in the vineyards
-An elegant ‘Food and Wine’ Pairing event at Castello di Borghese, hosted by owners

Learn, relax, taste, experience--the ultimate food and wine experience
Wine Campers work with the winemakers and winery owners and become part of the vineyard management and wine making process like no other guests to the region. Wine Camp takes away the mystery of wine by letting participants interact directly with highly successful winemakers and vineyard owners who are passionate about their wines and can communicate the art of wine making in layperson terms. Participants will leave with a new comfort level and a deeper knowledge of wine to share with friends wherever they go.


The program is a food and wine lover’s dream that focuses on the bounty of this beautiful region from the farms to the vines to the sea.
The North Fork Table and Inn, one of the newest members of the Wine Camp Team, has been featured in Wine Spectator, Food & Wine, and Gourmet magazine to name a few. Tracy Sutton of Cookies and Quilts Catering provides lunches. Tracy, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America focuses on local and fresh ingredients for her always-popular lunches. And breakfasts are a delicious way to start each day, prepared personally by the chef-owners and hosts.

Steve Biscari-Amaral and Lia Fallon, of Black Tie Catering are the Executive Chefs for the food and wine pairing event on the final evening, always a highlight with wine campers.

The owners started wine camp, and they are unbelievable with their attention to detail and love of the area.
